The decline in China's growth has slowed and signs point to recovery following Beijing's rapid response to the global crisis, the country's chief central banker said Thursday. The comments on the bank's Web site reflected official Chinese confidence ahead of an April 2 meeting of world leaders in London, where Beijing is expected to demand more influence in global financial institutions.
